Rule 65
Bail Forfeiture
(1) If a bond or surety has to be kept for doing any work and the bond or surety has to be confiscated due to non-completion of such work, the head of the office shall make a decision and confiscate the amount of such bond or surety.
(2) According to rule 66, if any amount owed by the government is to be recovered from the person who gets the refund of the bond, such amount can be deducted from the bond amount to be recovered.
(3) According to sub-rules (1) and (2), the amount seized or deducted should be deposited in the revenue account.
(4) According to sub-rules (1) and (2), the information about seizure or seizure shall be given to the concerned person holding the bond.
